My stand is situated just below halfway up the foot of a hill overlooking a 180 degree view of the St Helena oceanfront including Shelley Point. It is shielded from the prevailing south-easter winds by that hill.
The land adjacent to the stand is undeveloped and hosts natural vegetation on the right-hand side looking down and the opposite side rests on a closed road, thereby limiting passing vehicles to the residents only, and making it a quieter space.
Given its size and location, it is the perfect site to build a coastal home and is also a valuable property investment for the future.

There has been a recent increase in the development of properties in this community and the town facilities are also growing steadily. St Helena Bay is around 2 hours drive from Cape Town via the West Coast. The harbour is nearby and the bigger town of Vredenburg is around 20km away.
