Located on a main road in Edenglen with easy access to the R 24 and R 25 freeways as well as schools and shopping centres with gym, restaurants, supermarkets and banks this unit must be investigated if you are in the market.
Entering through remote controlled gates and parking in our designated car ports a short flight of stairs take us to this first floor double storey unit and we step in to the open plan kitchen which flows through a lounge and on to a covered balcony. Leading off to the side we find two good sized bedrooms conveniently serviced by 2 bathrooms with one en-suite to the main bedroom.
Climbing a wooden staircase, we reach the first floor loft which has its own balcony. This room can have many uses, for example as an additional bedroom, lounge, work from home office or an entertainment area serviced by the balcony where one might braai.
Did I mention that pets are allowed with permission of the trustees.
For your relaxation and entertainment, the complex offers an enclosed pool area with gazebos and a clubhouse. Lush gardens throughout and a koi pond add to the relaxed atmosphere.
A covered carports protect your car from sun, rain and hail and there is a second open parking and visitor parking a-plenty.
Seeing being believing, if you are in the market, you should surely make an appointment for a private viewing by responding on the ad or calling me. I am looking forward to meeting you.
