Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There''s plenty to see and do, ensuring you''ll create lasting memories during your stay.

In the main house, you''ll find an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and extras like an ice machine, Nespresso machine, box freezer and Airfryer, a lounge with Smart TV where guests can log in to their own streaming accounts like Netflix or DSTV. Sliding doors lead to an undercover braai and fully enclosed back garden where children can play safely.
Main house, bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 have Queen beds these three bedrooms share two bathrooms.
Separate entrance upstairs studio bedroom 4 has a King bed, with a kitchenette, en-suite, TV and small balcony. Perfect for a nanny or teens.
A single garage is available, complete with a washing machine for added convenience during longer stays. The driveway comfortably accommodates two vehicles, with an additional secure space behind a gate alongside the house, ideal for parking a trailer.

This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.
Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only until 30 November.
Monthly bookings are not available during December and January peak season.
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.
Payments & Deposits
A half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.
50 of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates the remaining 50 is payable 30 days before arrival.
A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.
Utilities & Services

Water and electricity are included however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.
For stays exceeding 28 days, guests are required to arrange their own housekeeper at least every second week.
Occupancy & Property Use
The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
Linen, Towels & Supplies
One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.
No additional linen or towels are supplied.
Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
This is a self-catering property. Housekeeping services are not included and must be arranged privately by the guest.
Pets & Smoking
No pets are permitted. If the owner grants prior written approval, a pet cleaning fee of R350.00 will apply.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Entertainment & Internet
Guests must log in using their own streaming accounts such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.
