Lavender cottage is close to town and is very charming, sunny and peaceful. Entry is through a steel gate which takes you into the garden and to the front door. There is an undercover patio with a bench and table to relax and enjoy the fish pond and a view of the garden.
The doors into the cottage are double doors with cottage pane windows. Entry is into the lounge, dining, kitchen area. The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, two plate stove and oven, as well as a decent size fridge and microwave. All the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are also included. There is a two seater couch and chair, side table and lamp as well as a table and two benches to eat at. There is a door leading down a short passage, the first door to the left is the walk in wardrobe with an abundance of packing, hanging and storage space, the second door to the left leads into the en suite bathroom which consists of a basin, toilet and shower. The passage ends in the beautiful, sunny, carpeted bedroom. with a double bed, side tables and a dressing table and small bench. There is a large bay window with views into the garden as well as a door that leads into the garden.
You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, sheets, towels, bath mat and drying cloths etc.
The accommodation would suit a working professional and is ideally suited to one person.
The deposit is a two month deposit.
There is WIFI available at an additional cost.
The electricity is pay as you go.
All the windows have burglar bars and the doors have individual alarms fitted on them, there is in addition a beam in the garden. We also have LMRID a security patrol for the area that we pay towards.
The undercover parking is behind remote controlled gates and is for one vehicle only.
The cottage is available from the 1st June 2026.
