Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, this 733 m² north-facing stand occupies an exceptionally private position within Oubaai Golf Estate, overlooking indigenous forest, the valley and golf course towards the Outeniqua Mountains. With only one neighbouring residence, the stand offers a rare sense of space, privacy and connection to nature. Its north-facing orientation is ideal for designing a home around natural light and outdoor living, while the position provides shelter from prevailing coastal winds. The outlook includes the surrounding valley and greenery, with the 5th tee of Oubaais Ernie Els-designed golf course forming part of the setting. Indigenous vegetation and walking trails further enhance the peaceful atmosphere.
Architectural plans are already in place, providing a valuable starting point for a future build. The plans have not yet been approved by the Oubaai HOA or municipality, allowing a new owner to develop the existing concept or create an entirely new design, subject to the relevant approvals. Oubaai Golf Estate offers an established lifestyle combining golf, nature, security and leisure, with Herolds Bay, George Airport and central George all within easy reach. For those looking to build in Oubaai, this stand is distinguished by its north-facing orientation, exceptional privacy, natural surroundings and limited neighbouring development.
