The layout of the cottage is linear, the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all next to each other with 2 doors to the patio. Parking is on the curb not behind a gate - there has never been security problems. The cottage is accessible through an electronic gate and walking passed the side of the main house, through a small gate, to the courtyard. There are four steps to the cottage''s entrance, therefore the property is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Note that the cottage is not suitable for pets or children.

Once the lease agreement is signed, a refundable security of R8,000 is payable along with a once-off R1,500 contract fee.
