I have had the most exceptional tenant for the last year, who has to unfortunately move on.
The flat has been built to a very high spec and has its own self-contained functional courtyard as well as a smaller reading courtyard.
It is fully furnished, with under counter fridge and freezer. Included are Microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, Mini oven and hop, pan fryer, kettle and toaster.
The main court yard has a built-in washing machine and collapsible washing line.
It is alarmed and has a phone and release system to outside visitors.
Electricity is on a prepaid meter.
Tandem parking for one vehicle is available in an enclosed driveway behind an electronic gate system.
I am a retired widower, with 2 dogs and a cat. Whilst your privacy will be very much respected, the sound of dogs playing in our garden area will be common, and our cat is very sociable, so if you do not enjoy the presence of animals then this property will not be right for you.
Our security as well that of our tenant is of paramount importance, therefore prospective tenants will be given a thorough background check before being short listed.
The flatlet overall area for outside and inside is 65sqmtrs, while internal area is 40sqmtrs in size and we are therefore only looking for a single person to rent the apartment.
Visitors to your flat are welcome, but will be required strictly to park in the street.
I am offering only minimum 12-month lease terms and Preference will only be given to a long term lease of this nature.
A one-month deposit up front is non-negotiable.
