Villa Palm is a 3-story house, built many year ago with a rich history and situated against the warm, northern Magalies Berg, surrounded by many beautiful trees. The house is only 10 minutes from center of Pretoria, about 15km from Rosslyn and Wonderboom airport.
This is a very spacious furnished bachelor room with a small kitchenette fridge, microwave, 2plate stove and closet as well as private full bathroom The premises has a big swimming pool and braai area.
Each tenant has access to a secure parking area and private access to the premises.
At the end of each month the water meter reading is used to calculate the water use and the expense is shared and billed to each room individual that stays on the property. Each room is fitted with a pre-paid electrical meter.
As a new tenant we required you to provide us with a copy of your ID, salary slip and deposit of R3300 as well as rent of R3000 payable up front and monthly payable through signed debit order with your own bank we can arrange for you to pay off deposit. There is an extra charge for an extra person staying in the room and no kids allowed due to the big open swimming pool.
