One small studio apartment for a smart single or a young couple living together and another second bachelor unit two separate units being advertised in a very secure communal house. The studio apartment is available immefiately for occupation. The lager bachelor unit is available from 1 April 2026 R5,500 per month.
Each of the two units is self-contained with bed space, a space for a two seater couch, TV and Computer area. Each has own toilet and shower and a small kitchenette, a four plate gas stove and a 9kg gas cylinder. Tenants buy their own gas.
The units are each equipped with a prepaid meter for electricity for overhead lights only tenants spend approximately R150 on electricity per month. Tenants contribute R200 towards water and other municipal utilities such as garbage removals, sewerage etc
The units have access to 40MBPS unlimited WiFi at R250 per month.
