Unit 4 features spacious living areas. The light and bright kitchen has both great cupboard and worktop space. The large windows have been treated with a reflective film for privacy and keeping the apartment cooler in the summer months. Equipped with a dual function hob , both electric and gas and large electric oven. Large double door fridge and freezer. Microwave and other appliance. Separate scullery with washing machine and more cupboard space. The lounge is furnished with very comfortable sofa and day bed sofa, Smart TV 55, TV with surround sound Bar. The lounge opens up onto a lovely sunny and warm indoor patio over looking the garden and pool, furnished with Oregon pine dining room table and chairs and build in sofa. The second dining area is complimented with a fireplace and chill area for those winter nights. The kitchen, lounge. bathroom and dining areas are all tiled while the bedrooms and the passages are laminated. The main bedroom is spacious with smart tv, an extra large King size bed, dressing table, bedside tables and build in cupboards. The bedroom has large sliding windows overlooking a private courtyard garden area. The second bedroom is of a good size with sliding doors opening onto a pretty courtyard. There are very large mirrors throughout the apartment. As well as wall panel heaters to keep the apartment warm during the colder months.
This apartment has a separate and private entrance. The swimming pool is communal. Each apartment has an allocated outside area for their recreational use, furnished with tables and chairs and braai.
Each apartment has their own parking bay which is protected with our CCTV surveillance cameras and linked to a local security company. The property is also protected with perimeter electric fencing and beams as well as perimeter CCTV surveillance. The residence, is peaceful and quiet allowing tenants to comfortably work from home. Due to the nature of the swimming pool, we do not accommodate young children. All our apartments are strictly no smoking zones.
